This page is a notice, not legal advice.
01Protection warning
WARNING: VPods, vpods.ca, and related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and patent rights. Do not copy, mirror, scrape, clone, rebrand, or commercially replicate this website, product experience, agent roster, orchestration design, documentation, or brand assets without prior written permission from VPods Inc.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, derivative work, competitive clone, or “look-alike” service built from our protected expression or confidential methods may result in civil claims, injunctive relief, damages, and referral for criminal investigation where the law allows.
02Copyright
© 2024–2026 VPods Inc. All rights reserved. The text, layout, design system, photography direction, UI composition, documentation, marketing copy, workforce gallery presentation, welcome materials, and software interfaces published at https://vpods.ca and related domains are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
- You may not copy, republish, frame, mirror, or redistribute site content for commercial use without written consent
- You may not scrape the site to train models, build a competing product, or recreate our public pages
- Limited personal viewing of public pages is allowed; automated bulk extraction is not
- Customer Content you upload remains yours under the Terms of Service — this notice does not claim your code or infrastructure
03Patents and patent pending
VPods Inc. filed U.S. patent applications covering aspects of the VPods platform, including orchestration, agent workforce delivery, and related systems. Patent rights are pending and will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Do not practice, offer, or sell a service that infringes VPods patent claims once issued, or that improperly uses confidential invention details
- Do not reverse engineer the Service to extract patented or patent-pending methods beyond what the law expressly allows
- Public status summary: see https://vpods.ca/patent — filing numbers and receipt details are not published on this site
Nothing on this page grants a patent license. A paid subscription grants only the limited service license described in the Terms of Service.
04Trademarks and brand
VPods, Virtual Pods, related logos, wordmarks, slogans, product names (including Nexgentic AI Delivery Platform), and distinctive trade dress are trademarks or protected brand identifiers of VPods Inc. in Canada and other jurisdictions.
- Do not use VPods marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation
- Do not register confusingly similar domains, social handles, app names, or company names
- Do not use our logos, lockups, or brand photography without written permission — see the Brand page for approved use inquiries
- Fair nominative reference (for example, “compatible with VPods”) must be accurate and non-misleading
05No copying or replication
Copying or replicating VPods — in whole or in substantial part — is forbidden.
Without limiting the foregoing, the following are prohibited unless VPods Inc. has given prior written authorization:
- Cloning or substantially recreating https://vpods.ca pages, flows, or marketing systems
- Replicating the paid product experience, Studio surfaces, hire roster presentation, welcome kits, or onboarding corridors
- Copying proprietary orchestration, path-gating, task-coordination, metering, or multi-agent delivery designs from confidential materials or reverse engineering beyond lawful limits
- Republishing documentation, investor materials, or internal architecture descriptions obtained without authorization
- Creating a competing “AI delivery team / virtual pods” product by lifting our protected expression, confidential methods, or brand identity
- Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright, trademark, or patent notices
06Trade secrets and confidential information
Non-public technical details, pricing strategies not published for sale, customer lists, security controls, operational playbooks, and unpublished product plans are confidential and may constitute trade secrets of VPods Inc.
If you receive confidential information under NDA, employment, contractor, investor, or partnership terms, you must protect it and use it only as those agreements allow. Unauthorized disclosure or use is a separate breach in addition to IP infringement.
07What customers may do
An active paid subscription lets you use the Service as described in the Terms of Service. Outputs written to your repositories and infrastructure in your cloud accounts remain your Customer Content. You do not receive ownership of VPods software, marks, patents, or site content by paying for a plan.
08Enforcement
VPods Inc. investigates suspected infringement and unauthorized replication. We may demand takedown, seek injunctions, claim damages (including statutory damages where available), recover costs and fees where the law allows, and notify payment processors, hosts, app stores, and search engines.
Preservation of evidence: do not destroy logs, source trees, deployment histories, or correspondence related to a suspected copy once you have notice of a dispute.

To report copyright, trademark, patent, or copycat-product concerns, write to info@vpods.ca with “IP notice” in the subject line. Include URLs, screenshots, and a description of the unauthorized use. For product account or privacy matters, use the Contact page and Privacy Policy channels.
