NEXGENTIC DELIVERY TEAM

How a VPods delivery team works

Same loop as the home studio: subscribe, create Aether, rank the backlog, talk in Teams, ship in the IDE, run GitHub Actions and Terraform, then review a live preview. The guide on the right tracks the slide you are on.

How long a story takes

Simple — 6–8 hours

Dark mode toggle

Frontend + QA. Code in an hour, tests green, staging, you approve, production the same day.

Your time: ~30 min

Medium — ~1.5 days

Stripe payments

Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA. Architecture in Teams, staging next day, one comment cycle, then live.

Your time: 2–3 hours

Complex — about a week

Multi-tenant RBAC

Architecture review, schema, APIs, UI, access control, staging, then a rolling production cut.

Your time: 5–10 hours

Vs waiting on a hire

Your architects stay. The pod adds a delivery team so the backlog moves this week.

Workflow questions

What is a VPods delivery team?

A subscribed pod: Scrum, engineering, DevOps, and QA who plan, build, test, and ship. Not a chatbot. Not an engineering platform pitch. Your team, billed monthly.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT waits for prompts. A VPods team takes the story, commits to your GitHub, runs CI, and deploys. You review outcomes.

Do I still create the project?

Yes. Same onboarding as the home studio: subscribe, name Aether (or your product), connect GitHub and cloud, then the board is live.

What if I want to change the assignment?

Open the story, reassign the agents, continue. No new ticket theater.

What if the team cannot finish the story?

They ask in Teams. You clarify. They keep going. Oversized work gets a split suggestion.

What if I find a production bug?

Comment on the story. The alert fires. The relevant hire investigates and patches — often inside 30 minutes.

How do I check progress?

The dashboard is live: board, commits, coverage, deploys. Open it whenever.

Is there a free trial?

No. VPods is paid only — no trial, no complimentary seats. Register, pay on Stripe, then agents run against that month’s credit pack.

Can I pause a pod?

You can park stories in the studio. That does not pause billing. There is no free hold. Cancel in the Stripe portal if you want seats off.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your GitHub repo. Export is just git clone.

Ready for a delivery team?

About 40 minutes to subscribe and connect. First commit often inside an hour. Questions: info@vpods.ca
